The TIP for the Deck Hand(s) IS NOT included in these prices. Please don't forget them.

Due to the nature of charter services booking, and since your reserving the charter will result in the loss of the availability of the boat, the following refund policy will apply to all reservations unless otherwise specified.

Cancelled by the Captain
Cancelled by you at least 14 days prior to trip
Cancelled by you Less than 14 days prior to trip
Cancelled by you Less than 48 hours prior to trip

AMOUNT REFUNDED/CHARGED

FULL REFUND
FULL REFUND (less 10% fee)
50% refund (less 10% fee)
Credit Card charged full amount

In the event that you do not show up for your reservation,
or you cancel within the last 48 hours prior to your trip,
your credit card will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
